Retreat Space
The Butterfly Mill is an inspired retreat space that is both functional and imaginative. With views of the sprawling Lincoln Woods and the grazing horses at the Butterfly farm, creatives can work and take breaks by exploring the nearly 17 acres of property or sit by the edge of the Moshassuck River. Inspired by Toni Morrison, who loved cooking and creating for friends and visitors, we have a full kitchen that is perfect for caterers. During your retreat stay, it is fully stocked with beverages, snacks and treats to keep you cared for as you create.
Workshops & Seminars
The Butterfly Mill is the perfect space to host your unique vision for a workshop or seminar. We provide an open, 2400 square foot space that can be tailored to your needs. We also have a small stage with lighting to support presentations and readings. Our space is adaptable and includes access to our full kitchen and restaurant-style bar. We welcome educators, consultants, artists and more to use this space to create community education.
Events
The Butterfly Mill is a memorable and magical place to host your special event. We specialize in small and intimate events like dinner parties, showers, cocktail parties and book launches. We welcome event planners, small businesses, and nonprofits to consider hosting their events at our space whether it is a yoga seminar, fundraiser, shower or book discussion. Our space is adaptable and includes access to our full kitchen and restaurant-style bar.
